Tailored Support within Family Home or Supported Living Setting (Young Adults,18–25)
At Willow Adult Care Services, we believe every young person deserves the chance to live life on their own terms to the extent this allows them to do so safely with the right support and in the right environment.
Whether in a supported living setting or within their family home, we provide flexible, person-centred care that helps young adults aged 18 to 25 with learning disabilities and/or autism take meaningful steps toward independence.
This specialist service is part of our wider care provision, which also includes home care and respite support for adults under and over 65yrs.
What Makes Our Support Different?
Here’s what we offer:
- Right Support: We promote choice, control, and independence by tailoring support to each person’s unique needs and aspirations. Individuals are supported to live as independently as possible, with access to their local community and meaningful activities
- Right Care: Our care is respectful, compassionate, and focused on dignity and human rights. We work with—not just for—young people, ensuring their voices are central to every decision
- Right Culture: Our team fosters a positive, inclusive environment where young people feel safe, valued, and empowered. We champion a culture of respect, openness, and continuous improvement
- Tailored Support: From daily routines to long-term aspirations, we help young people build the skills they need to live independently.
- Connections: We support individuals in finding social networks, joining community activities, and feeling part of something bigger.
- Opportunities to Grow: Whether it’s education, volunteering, or employment, we open doors to meaningful experiences.
- Their Voice Matters: Every care plan is co-created with the young person at the centre—because no one knows their journey better than they do.

Who We Support
Our service is ideal for young adults who are ready to move forward but need a helping hand. This might begin gradually, perhaps through short respite stays and build over time.
This includes individuals with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or low-level mental health needs who want to live more independently and be part of a community.
Our Team
All staff are safely recruited, fully trained, and supported to deliver care with professionalism, empathy, and respect. We invest in continuous learning and development to ensure our team meets the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
Where We Work
Our supported living services are currently focused in Kent and Medway (while still open to broader referrals), where we work in partnership with local housing providers to help young people find safe, suitable homes. Properties are carefully matched to individual needs and preferences, with a strong emphasis on compatibility and community.
